Collectively referred to as the "Parties."

 

**1. Sponsorship Details:**

 

Party *business* agrees to purchase a sponsorship package for the charity event hosted by Ohana Fitness and Wellness, scheduled to take place on December 1st, 2023, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Roostertail Detroit (the "Event"). The sponsorship package details are as follows:

 

**Sponsorship Level:** DJ SERVICES SPONSOR

**Sponsorship Amount:** $1,000USD

**2. Payment Terms:**

 

Party B agrees to pay the sponsorship amount in full today via PayPal or Credit Card. Upon receipt of the payment, Party A will promptly provide Party B with a confirmation of sponsorship and further details regarding the sponsorship benefits.

 

**3. Sponsorship Benefits and Deliverables:**

 

In consideration of the sponsorship amount paid by Party B, Party A agrees to provide the following benefits and deliverables:

**4. Representations and Warranties:**

 

Party B represents and warrants that it has the authority to enter into this Agreement and fulfill its obligations as outlined herein. Party B further represents that its sponsorship does not infringe upon any third-party rights, and the content or materials provided by Party B for inclusion in event promotions are accurate and appropriate.

 

**5. Cancellation:**

 

Cancellations will not be permitted. 

 

**6. Governing Law:**

 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

 

**7. Entire Agreement:**

 

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements.

 

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Sponsorship Purchase Agreement as of the Effective Date of purchase.

3 month quarter page feature in our “Ohana’s Guide to Supporting Local Businesses” located on our website that will be provided on the QR code given to every attendee of the event. This will also be included in every monthly newsletter we send out and included on our social media link in bio.
