I'm overwhelmed with gratitude having you here friend.
I created this program after experiencing each of my postpartum journey's with the 3 of my children.
Each experience being different, I gained more and more knowledge to help more women just like you.
With an emergency C-Section, a VBAC, and a scheduled C-Section, each of the recoveries were different. Through each one though, I was able to educate myself, do more research & figure out what worked for me. It gave me the opportunity to create this beautifully curated plan for YOU!
